Terms for Bridges M&C’s Bridges Plants Trees CSR Campaign 2022-2023
Parties
This campaign is run by Bridges M&C Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Bridges M&C Pte Ltd (Singapore) henceforth referred to as “Bridges M&C”, a public relations, marketing and communications agency based at Suite 109 Block D Level 1, Kelana Square Jalan SS7/26 Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor 47301, Malaysia. Bridges M&C intends on raising general awareness of rainforest habitats, reforestation, and conservation of the natural environment, and the potential importance/relevance of these subjects to the general public.
The campaign is intended to raise awareness and support for Animal Projects & Environmental Education Sdn. Bhd. (APE Malaysia), an accredited social enterprise that develops programmes in support of sustainable conservation projects. Their programmes are designed to be embedded within partner project sites and aim to benefit the environment, wildlife, animals, and community of the area through monitored and measured conservation outcomes. APE Malaysia is headquartered at Unit 1005, Lobby 2, Block A, Damansara Intan, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
Payment for the sponsorship of the trees is managed through Stripe, an online payment processing platform. Further details may be found at https://stripe.com/en-sg.
Campaign and Bridges Plants Trees website
Bridges M&C will not be liable for any loss, monetary or otherwise, incurred by your participation in sponsoring trees throughout the campaign, or after the campaign has ended.

Payment, e-certificates and sapling photos
The sponsor will receive a receipt for their sponsorship from Stripe within 24 hours of payment.
The sponsor will also receive an email from csr@bridges-comms.com confirming the desired name for the e-certificate within 3 working days of making payment.
Photos and e-certificates will only be provided to the sponsor after the tree saplings have been planted based on APE Malaysia's planting schedule, i.e. between 3 to 6 months of payment. Bridges M&C will contact the sponsor through csr@bridges-comms.com when they are ready.
Personal information
Bridges M&C and APE Malaysia will not use your personal and contact details for purposes other than would be considered reasonable to ensure you receive your sapling photos and e-certificates within the stipulated time.
Bridges M&C will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for this campaign.
Bridges M&C will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal information is treated securely.

About these terms
Bridges M&C has the right to revise these terms without prior notice at any time throughout the campaign. Any changes to these terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
