Bridges M&C provides comprehensive, region-wide, publicity support for industry events such as conferences and trade exhibitions around the region. 
 
In addition to generating pre- and post-event media coverage in mainstream and trade media in the host country and across the wider region, we also cover onsite events and publicity duties. These include organising opening ceremonies, speech writing, liaising with VIP partners and guests of honour, setting up and manning the onsite or physical press room, organising press junkets, crisis management, and more.

 

In response to the ongoing pandemic, we help our clients take professional roundtables, panel discussions, and even trade exhibitions online, and track participants’ attendance, interactions between exhibitors and delegates, and even viewership, after the events have concluded. We use a variety of tools that help us livestream product launches to HCPs globally, and broadcast ‘live’ chat sessions panelled by HCPs and social media influencers to the public via social media platforms. 

We do all these by ensuring we comply with the prevailing regulations governing the publicity of medical devices, therapeutics and ethical drugs in every country we operate in.
